ClickLearn SAP
ClickLearn provides the easiest way to document ERP-processes
using a simple recording interface in which you perform the steps
necessary to complete the process. As opposed to simple screen
recording technology, ClickLearn actually understands your
ERP-system and understands the actions you perform within that same
system. It also understands your data and the model in which your
data exists. These unique capabilities enable ClickLearn to
transform the input you have given in the recording session to a
set of documentation containing: Video guidance through your
process, Microsoft Word-documents, on-line html-based content and a
unique e-learning application for your end-users; all using the
input of a single click-through process within the ERP-system.
During or after the recording you may create chapters for your
content, provide additional comments or bookmarks of interest to
the end-user.
Maintaining the documentation
Editing the documentation for an existing process is where
ClickLearn will save you a bundle. When you change the
documentation, re-chapter it, add comments or simply need to renew
screenshots, e-learning apps and video content, you simply generate
and publish to allow ClickLearn to recapture the screen-shots and
video and republish the documentation in your choice of media. All
this is done automatically without any user-input.
